Mobile accessory giant Incipio today announced the purchase of Griffin Technology, a long time maker of mobile accessories. Recently, Incipio has purchased Skullcandy and Incase.

Incipio Acquires Skullcandy For $177 Million

Accessory maker Incipio will soon purchase headphone manufacturer Skullcandy. Incipio is paying $5.75 per share for Skullcandy which comes out to around $177 million.
